Specialist at Force Technology in Polymers and coatings. Background in organic/inorganic chemistry as well as surface physics. Has spent his professional career first in pharmaceuticals then onto adhesives and finally the last 11 years in coatings and related fields. Broad competences in the field of functional coatings and materials as well as polymer chemistry, especially advanced polymer systems with multiple curing mechanisms and materials with bulk nano-structural properties. Deep understanding of the corrosion protection mechanisms of various coating systems, especially those based on sacrificial types of corrosion inhibition.
Benny is senior technical advisor both internally and externally at Elplatek AS. Benny has a lab technical background and has worked with surface treatment for 35 years, mainly galvanic plating and printed circuit manufacturing. Benny has a good understanding of possibilities and challenges when we talk about surface treatment, and can assist in finding the optimal method depending on the requirements for the components.
